Influences

United Shareholders uses the books, columns, speeches, and academic papers of a broad array of people that think about corporate governance regularly. Also, the 2016 and 2017 Berkshire Hathaway annual meetings have been broadcast live and recordings are available that provide the insights of Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger on governance issues such as the use of compensation consultants.
The list below is intended to give you some references if you wish to read and research more on corporate governance issues. It is a dynamic and limited list and we’re always happy to get feedback if there is work being done in this area that we should know about.
